I've also just stumbled on this issue (with canon CR2 files). It would be great if RT copied the xmp file metadata through to any converted images. Otherwise, it would add a lot of work manually adding geotag info etc. to all of the conversions.
Otherwise, RT looks awesome! |

Yeah, with such tools I would hope for ease of work, but I agree with you RT absolutely is awesome.
